DIRECT CUSTOMER RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your SkySaver purchase, you can return it within 30 days of original purchase for a refund or exchange.
Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to sending the customer’s SkySaver to us. Products submitted without an RMA may not be processed. Please send the SkySaver device, together with a copy of your original purchase receipt issued by SkySaver, so that the return or exchange is processed promptly. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
All returned merchandise must be in the original box, together with all original contents including all parts, accessories, literature, warranty information, packing materials, and tamper evident seals intact. If the returned merchandise is damaged and/or if the original contents are not returned and/or if any tamper evident seals on the SkySaver are opened or damaged, the refund or exchange may not be processed.
Please note that all merchandise that is returned for a refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, you are responsible for all costs associated with shipping your device to us.
We recommend using a shipping company that can provide you with a tracking number and insurance so that you can be sure your device safely makes it to our facility.
