You can even track your phone if it’s stolen with this app. You can receive real-time alerts when family members check-in or leave destinations. You can get real-time ETA of family members and make sure they arrive at their destination safely. It is available for both IOS and Android devices for free.

  4. FEMA - FEMA is the official app made by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, so you know it’s good. It contains information on preparedness, including all types of disasters, as well as emergency kit checklists. It also has maps, information on how to stay safe, and tips on what to do before, during, and after 20+ different kinds of disasters. You can even use it to locate open shelters and find where you can talk to FEMA at Disaster Recovery Centers. It is available on both IOS and Android devices for free.
